When they told me the time they would be arriving they were always there at least 5-10 minutes before. The roofing team did an amazing job prior to starting making sure my flowers and shrubs were all covered. They took the same care and consideration in cleaning up. It was the crew of Loyalty Roofing ready to go to work on my roof. The crew took time and care to cover all of my landscaping and A/C units protecting them from any debris. The crew repaired any decking that needed repair and worked as a team installing my roof in a timely manner. I was pleased with the Quality of work and cleanup that was done. The crew is very talented and friendly. They also work with your insurance company. When finished, the area around the house was cleaner than when they started. Edwin is very easy to work with plus he does all the insurance work for you! He's very professional and carrying and best of all he's very nice and friendly! Making sure all your questions are answered. His crew is very professional and respectful to your property. All the materials showed up the day before work day and the crew all showed up on time early the next morning. They took extra special care of all my plants and covered all my flower beds, not one plant was broken or harmed. They took extra special care cleaning every thing up you couldn't tell they were even here! And to my surprise they ran magnets all around my house to remove any nails that may have fallen. Great Job with the Best Crew ever! I also loved that his entire crew were wearing company shirts, very professional. Best Crew ever!
